The hotel is ideally situated, very close to El Zocalo and within walking distance of most main attractions. The rooms could benefit from an update, lacked storage space with no drawers or cabinets, and needed better lighting. However, all rooms feature balconies with picturesque views. The service was exceptional, with a lovely and accommodating staff, although there were minor delays in providing pool towels and some pressure for signing up for services. The location is convenient for exploring attractions but could feel unsafe at night. The dining experience offered decent value, especially the weekend buffet, but was limited at times. The facilities were satisfactory, but improvements are needed in certain areas.

The hotel's location was outside the town, with lots of steps to reach the city, making it feel slightly out of the way. While close to the historic district, safety concerns arose at night in the Centro histórico, similar to other parts of the area.
